A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Each job depends on the type and amount of material, labor, access, transport, and disposal. Heavy construction debris is assessed separately from ordinary household junk. The price and scope are confirmed before work begins.
Take a wide photo of the area, closer photos of the items or debris, and a photo of stairs or tight access. Keep people, personal documents, valuables, and access codes out of photos. Include approximate dimensions when the size is difficult to judge.
Include your building's work hours, elevator requirements, loading restrictions, and any documents requested by management. We review these before confirming the job.
Asbestos, hazardous materials, and structural demolition are outside our listed services. Let us know about suspected hazardous materials before any work is assessed.
