This page explains what using this website and preparing an inquiry do. It is not a service contract, a price quote, or a waiver of your consumer rights.

Inquiries and estimates

Preparing a request creates a draft only. An initial inquiry by phone, message, or this website does not by itself reserve a date, authorize work, confirm service availability, or establish a final price. The parties must separately confirm the provider’s legal identity, service scope, price, timing, and any required written agreement before work is authorized.

The service descriptions outline types of inquiries. Whether a specific job can be accepted depends on its location, materials, access, applicable licenses or registrations, required permits, and other job-specific requirements. Website descriptions are not evidence that any particular license, registration, insurance policy, or permit has been issued. Ask for the credentials applicable to your project before agreeing to work.

Materials and scope

Asbestos, hazardous-material handling, lead abatement, and structural demolition are outside the listed service scope. Tell us about suspected hazards before a job is assessed. Do not disturb suspected hazardous material to prepare photos or an inquiry. Electrical, plumbing, and other regulated trades are not included merely because an inquiry concerns a cleanout or interior demolition.

Provide accurate information about the material, approximate quantity, stairs, elevators, parking, building requirements, and your authority to request removal. Do not request removal of items you do not own or have authority to dispose of. Any required approvals, permits, and authorized disposal arrangements must be addressed for the specific job.

Price, payments, cancellation, and refunds

This website does not accept payments. A final quote or contract should set out the work, total price and applicable taxes or charges, schedule, payment arrangements, and any cancellation or refund terms. Changes to the job should be agreed separately before additional work proceeds.

Any mandatory rights to a written contract, cancellation notice, refund, warranty, or other consumer protection remain in effect. Nothing on this website shortens a cancellation period or replaces a notice required by law. An inquiry made online does not determine which rules apply to a later agreement.

Images and claims
